Has anyone else here had issues with not being able to contact Alertpay via this customer service number: 1 514 748 5774

The last time I had a question, I had no problem reaching them. It took awhile before I got the line with someone, but at least I was able to get on the line.

Ever since they moved their address, I've had a hard time reaching even the support ticket team. My question for them was, did they receive my Money Order at their old mailing address. That was over two weeks ago.

I really prefer Alertpay over Paypal, for many reasons, but if this lack of customer service keeps up, I do not know where my opinion of them will lie. Not to mention the fact that they have been receiving some really legitimate complaints from other members lately.

What do you guys think I should do? Thanks for your time, folks. Take care!!

I find them very slow in posting pending deposits. Over a week and when you try to contact them with
an online ticket its almost impossible to do. Anyone else having this problem? Alert Pay is one of the
best money processors, but their customer service is one of the worst!!! wub.gif

Its not them. From what I'm seeing transfers are just slow in various countries. My Pending
was completed. biggrin.gif

I contacted them over phone twice last week, i was answered by courteous & responsive staff & have no hesitation in saying that they were extremely helpful.

However trying to create an email ticket is an altogether different issue, I wasted one hour to reach the email template page without any success.

the best way to get their attention is to pick up the phone. ( you maybe put on hold for 5-6 minute though!!)

Is anyone having a problem with Pending withdrawals not being paid on time?

I have a withdrawal dated 30 Sept still showing Pending.

I managed to speak to customer service on Friday and was assured the 30 Sep w/d would be processed by the end of the day. That did not happen. And it is still not processed yet, today Monday.
My support ticket dated 7 Oct has not been answered either.

Then I tried to contact them again this afternoon, waiting 3/4 of an hour on the phone and had to hang up, on hold during that time.

This seems out of character for Alertpay as usually they are quite good, and I've never had a problem like this with them before.
Cheers

I was able to talk with an AP representative on Monday about the speed of validating my account and was assured it would in the next 2 days. In doing the validation, I inadvertently used the phone validation and a number that I don't have access to. The other 2 methods went through, but when I try to deposit money I am asked for phone validation codes which I can't get. Have been trying to call them for the last couple of days and can't get even get the call to go through. Anyone else having difficulty contacting them?
