Advertising Know How is one of my favorite Traffic Exchanges. You can surf for credits there like any other traffic exchange, but it has other resourceful tools on the site that generate traffic as well.

One of these extra tools is the article submitter. You are allowed to submit as many articles as you want, but they must be well-written. They do not accept all articles and they must be reviewed. They should be help-oriented or informative, but they will reject any that are "buy now" oriented. If you are trying to promote a product by article writing, just keep your tone passive and you'll be fine.

This site even helps build your lists. All you have to do is this: Enter your ezine info in the list building section, and then use their special ezine page as your thank you for subscribing page. Then when a subscriber signs up, they then have the option of joining other ezines, while your ezine is promoted on other ezine owners thank you pages!

Another one of their tools is their downline builder section. Here you can virally explode your referrals to other sites. What is unique about their downline builder is it tells you how many clicks (signups) you received for each site--I havent seen any other site do this. You will be amazed at how many signups this accumulates over time!

Lastly, my most favorite part about advertising know how is the bonuses they give you. If your surf 100 pages 5 out of 7 days a week, they will assign random referrals to you!
