if your site is a mobile site, or you have a mobile version of your site, maybe you should consider using admob, buzzcity, or mobgold... they are trustworthy and i dont really see any complaints from some of my friends who uses these ad networks for their sites...

bidvertiser, adbrite, Obeus, Google Adsense, Yahoo Publisher - just a few of the programs available for you to use if you are a publisher with your own site or blog.

Which do you use, and why?

I use Google adsense because It gives me more than any other publisher program.

I use Adsense and Infolinks only for the sites where i don't do affiliate marketing. On sites that i implement affiliate marketing i use Infolinks, Clicksor, AffinityClick, CPA Lead. And on one of my sites i use Adhits, Adf.ly, Bidvertiser, Clicksor, CPA Lead and Amazon with mixed results.

I've used google adsense, adhitz, snowmotion and bidvertiser. Not earned much from any of them really.

There is a new one coming out soon that is going to be linked with one of the top 5 networks to start with as they grow their own ad network. They are going to be giving 50% to publishers and 5% residual commissions on publishers you referral. They believe it is a better deal than you will get elsewhere, especially the residual commissions. There is also 20% being given for people that have the targeted tags from the advertisers.
They are taking registrations from advertisers and publishers that want to be part of the beta launch starting in Feb 2012. They are going to test for a month then launch properly.

During the beta phase advertisers will get free advertising but because the are also linked to 60,000 other advertisers, publishers will still earn commissions.

If anyone would like to get involved with the beta phase get in touch with me and I will show you how to get in.

I use Google to earn money online. Google offers ample opportunities for publishers, if the site has a large number of visits per day. It is true in recent times has become more difficult to add sites to the system, but also opportunities for work there is still

I used to use Google Adsense. Now, I don't really use ads. I use product links on my site. People would have to look deep for these product links as well.

I use google adsense, just because they are best. Hence I am using clicksor and bidvertiser also. You can try text link ads to generate more revenue.

It depends on the theme of a webpage, for example in the website that i suggest some ways to make money online i suggest ad platforms that it related on that theme/niche like adhitz, forex affiliate plarforms and etc.
Other sites that i give general information i prefer to use adsense.
Just give attention to each program and choose carefully in respect to your needs.

I've used Google, Yahoo and Adbrite. Yahoo can sometimes pay more per click but they are not as targeted as Google thus a lesser click thru rate. Adbrite is real low but good for sites that are hard to target.

i've adfly. with adfly you can insert adfly's javascript into your site, then you can easily get paid for every visitor who comes to your website

Edit:ref link removed
