I found another way as suggested in skpe that we "flush" dns... but it did not work for me... try this... ipconfig /flushdns (enter) in command prompt... if it works for you then great... but unfortunately not for me ... any tips ? dont want to pay geeksquad for some little command type ins...

Open Run-->Type command-->Type ipconfig/flushdns-->Enter
It does works.If not you can use google DNS too [8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4] in your connection option

well the funny thing is accroding to my ISP ; i had wat is known dns changer virus ?? really really they didnt know anybody better . geek squad would have cost me about $50 dunno if even after they had done their due if it would done any good . it would had lighten my wallet

weird thing for your ISP to say without giving you some more info... there is some link on that page to a site with some guidelines - i don't know if its any good

as for accessing STP
add the IP in your host file 50.7.162.178 and include both with and without www
google how to add to host file if you don't know how wink.gif

Obviously this is not STPays fault, but DNS servers being slow to update after their move. And maybe also tech people dealing with these matters struggling a little, having security is sometimes not the easiest of tasks

We discovered from our ACH provider that files submitted to them failed and that all ACH transfers through them (not just us, all their clients) are on hold until they can discover the issue. This has put all our bank transfers in a very long delay. After our server issues, having any delays is like pouring salt on the wound! As soon as we are advised, we will be resubmitting all requests ASAP. Your patience is extremely appreciated. If you like, we can send your funds via wire to avoid any further delays. If this is your wish, please email payments@solidtrustpay.com and make the request.

also web i think once start the ach withdrawls again they will resubmit your request you will have to talk to em on the phone regarding pmts that say done but they have the issue resolves in 2 weeks . in the mean you cancell the withdrawl which are pending and get a check

I did the above and added the 50.7.162.178 to my host file also and still i get

so 8.8 .8.8 8.8.4.4

you put these # s in your dns connection thats all i did after i did delteted cookies cache it worked for me . just adds those an Don't add anything to the host file try it without that
