Cannot Access My Account, PM issues

I cannot log in to my PM account. No pin number sent to my email address. I also contacted PM support with another email address and only received a new account number for that email address. The previous posts here do make me suspect outside parties may be involved. I cannot access the Money-News-online monitor either, only the cover page.

Will follow up here if resolved. My PM account number is U2402982, in case PM sees this.
