All conditions of this broker are good enough, but I think there are any restrictions on scalping?

There are no any restrictions for Scalping or EA or any others restrictions, besides, i think, its one of the best platform for scalping - spreads are really tight. I'll recommend "Mini" account for scalping - there are lowest dynamic spreads, and a lot of symbols to trade.

I just find out - AccentForex offer two bonuses:

First promo offer to you get Forex Bonus +25% - it will be added to your initial deposit (once only), but you can withdraw it in time (you must close needed order volume for it)

Second one - its Forex Bonus +35% - it will be added to EACH your deposit every time you fund some money, BUT you can not withdraw it!

You can choose one of them for your live account. Both bonuses can be used for stop-out calculation (so you can take floating losses in larger amount)

Its interesting - which of that bonuses is more attractive? How do you think?

35% bonus is great. The people who have less capital can take this 35% bonus. As 35% bonus works as margin, this will help them in their trade.

And i'm still cant decide to myself what bonus i'll get. First Bonus+25% i can withdraw, so it can be mine soon, but its for initial deposit only, on the other side Bonus+35% - bigger, and for every deposit, but it cant be withdrawn!!! So, i'm still think about that....

Think i deposit and withdraw the bonus and after then deposit again and get 35% bonus again.

No. Lol. I'll explaine, now: according to the rules of promo (look here: Terms & Conditions of Bonus+35%)

you (for example) - deposit $500 - you get $175 of bonus
next (for example) - you deposit $100 - you get $35 of bonus
then you deposit $1000 - you get $350 of bonus
and...
and...
but if you have done 5 payments and get for it bonuses, 6th payment (deposit) will be without bonuses
