Hello,
Before making a website online there are 3 steps about the keywords that must be done!!
1) the competition of your keyword must be low
2) People that type this keyword must be at least 3.000 per month
3) Don't put many keywords at your webpage
If you accomplish these steps then you will have a huge opportunity to be at the first page of google.
But do not forget that google loves renewable content!!
Thank you,

SECRETS? Sorry to disagree with you, but your 'secretes' are off the mark. Let me explain.
1. You say the "competition must be low". How do you gauge what 'low' is? Believe it or not,
a healthy amount of competition is good. If there's low competition, you many have a useless
niche or product. How does BurgerKing, and Wendy's survive across the street form McDonald's?
They survive because some of the things they offer are different. What do you have that's different?
I love competition. It's tells me that there's a market for what I have to offer. Now all I have to do is
drive some traffic past my store/website.
2. 3,000 per month? Way to broad of a statement. Just because x amount of people are typing in a
keyword does not mean they want to buy something. They could be searching for information. They
must be 'targeted' traffic. What kind of keywords do you use? Problem-solving keywords? Buyers
keywords? Desperate needs keywords? If you're using the wrong type of keywords, you could have
10,000 people using it to no avail. But if your keywords are the right ones... you could have 100 people
using them, and you'd make money.
3. "Don't put too many keywords on your page" - Too vague... it's not just how many, it's how many and
the correct placement of those keywords that count.....
Your posting information that is very general and needs much more elaboration for it to be useful to new people.
I'm gathering that you too, are new to the business... do some research and learn to be a bit more explicit with
your information... just posting what you may have read somewhere here, is just not useful to others.
And please...... you need not call these things "
secretes". It sounds so silly coming from a novice....
Good Luck
