What do you mean by 'you need 10 times rollover to request payout'? You have to bet 10 times? There must be a catch, you wont get $25 for nothing.

you need to bet 10 times that amount.. for example
Federer vs Ancic ... you bet 1 amount 25$
If Federer win you will receive 25$ * odd for example 25*1.15
You need another 9 bets with 25$
or you can simple bet 50 bets with 5$
