I see July shaping up to be a very, very hot month for a lot of people. Law Enforcement is now aggressively going after the scammers and their support teams who make it all happen. It definitely is going to be interesting in the weeks and months to come for a lot of people. Just think, they will get to see the justice system and how it works up close and personal.

I was really hoping Nick Smirnow wouldn't be able to vanish into the night forever. I knew he wouldn't get off as easily as he or some of his "lessor minions" believed.

What I did not originally know in 2009, however, was that such a large sum of money was involved in Nick's fraudulent activities. $70 million? I believe that alone beats the estimate of Andy Bowdoin et al of ASD Cash Generator / Ad Surf Daily victims. Now I wouldn't be surprised to see authorities continue their aggressive strike against Nick.

"Interesting"? Oh, you can say that again... wink.gif

Nick at his age, and with the amount of time that he will receive, will most likely die in jail. Some of his ex-mods are going to end up in jail right beside of him.

Dear client,

We would like to communicate our progress with issues regarding Pathway-2-Prosperity as we understand that this issue has been a cause for concern for many of our members.

If you have filed a dispute against Pathway-2-Prosperity (P2P), please read the following:

As many of you are aware, AlertPay was in the process of attempting to resolve numerous disputes against Pathway-2-Prosperity. Early last year we were contacted by the authorities concerning Pathway-2- Prosperity. They requested information on all involved with Pathway-2- Prosperity. Rest assured that NO identifiable information was released in accordance with our Privacy Policy. That means that your personal information was never provided to any of the authorities. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information: https://www.alertpay.com/en/privacy.aspx

At this time, the US government has taken control of the situation with Pathway-2-Prosperity. They have seized all available funds with the intent to return funds to the victims.

Why did it take so long for AlertPay to provide this information?

When a Business account holder neglects to provide service or fails to respond to their clients, we become involved to ensure the integrity of the AlertPay network. It has been our hope to bring the refund process back within our control so we may continue to handle your disputes and provide you with favourable resolutions.

As a result, we have been working diligently with the respective government agencies in order to regain control of the situation. This has been a lengthy process and, despite our best efforts, the situation remains outside of our dispute process and in the hands of the respective government agencies.

AlertPay previously provided contact information for the government officials investigating the case so you could contact them if you choose, however your contact information has not been released to them.

Does AlertPay have the ability to refund?

As the refund process is now being completely handled by the government, we do not have the ability to provide refunds. AlertPay is no longer involved in the investigation of Pathway-2-Prosperity and its owner.

I have more questions, whom do I contact?

Office of the Attorney General
Adam Latham – (618) 624-0593
State of Illinois

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused you. Please be assured that it has been our goal to achieve a positive outcome for all parties involved. Although we can no longer be involved in the refund process, we continue to hope for a successful resolution for all of our members.

Thank you for your patience, continued loyalty, and trust in our company.

Nice PR piece, but if the authorities ask for personal information, AP will provide it or be charged with obstruction of justice.

I regulary visit a jail in the Philippines to visit a friend. There is a Russian inmate there. His offense was either entering or leaving the country with lots of passports . He has lots of money that he gives to the other inmates. It is hard to say if its our man by looking at the photos of Nick. But this man who is in jail has a very defining tattooo . So if anyone can tell me If Nick Smirnow has a Tattoo and what it is and where on his body it is >>>> I could then let you know if we have our man.
