QUOTE(Rellek @ Dec 17 2005, 09:35 AM) Rough day. Can't access e-gold or 12dp right now. It is frustrating to say the least. One point that no one has made about e-gold to this point is that the site went down right at 00:00 GMT.

QUOTE(ArcticSteve @ Dec 17 2005, 09:08 AM) Why use Stormpay? Why not use E-bullion? The fees are not near as high as Stormpay. Also Stormpay stole nearly $100k from a program this year and never gave it back.
What program if you make a statement like that you need to post some furthur facts or its not credible at all

There certainly are some obvious signs that 12DP is headed for the trash bin soon. Im not attempting to stir up anything however had you noticed that payments have been falling way behind consistently for the last 3 weeks. Yes i know most are paid within the 7 days but still 4-5 had always been the norm . I know egold has issues however even after the last problem they hadnt seemed to be movin anywhere near the amount of egold payments as they had before.
Now all this maintenance all these changes now viruses I really dont know folks. If you been around the Internet at all this is what happens and the pattern when programs are about to go under. I have big concerns i live in tennessee and cannot get a stormpay account so if they stop using egold im dead . I also have a pending and yesterday was the 7th business day for over $3000. Im very concerned and if your not you should be

QUOTE(naknook @ Dec 17 2005, 12:39 PM) Whats the significance of the site going down at 00:00 GMT?
To me it means 1 of 2 things. 1.)They were attacked by scamming idiots knowing that e-gold support is non existant on the weekends or 2.)Thier website certification/hosting/dns was suspended for any number of reasons. That being said Omnipay.com is also down so I believe that there is an issue larger than just being under a ddos attack or anything of that sort. While e-gold has had issues recently they have been in business since 1998 and have been through several scenarios like this in the past and have come back each and every time. Being patient sucks but it is all we can do for now.
