I made a transfer of $10,000 USD to Cambist.net (U3165188) from my Liberty Reserve account with batch #4781343 to bank wire to my personal bank account on August 21, 2008 @ 02:56 LR system time. Up until now September 6, 2008 for the total of 17 days, I still have not received my bank wire money yet. I have sent many emails but no reply.
SO PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM CAMBIST.NET. IT IS A SCAM

After all the publicity they received and after their last email since September 1, 2008. This was what I got today:

Update! The 23rd day of waiting for my bank wire.

I think everyone should stop using Cambist.net definitely, it is not only because of my bank wire problem but also Cambist.net's whole banking system is stuck as mentioned in Maria’s previous email:

I sent this email to Maria of CAMBIST.NET regarding bank wire receipt yesterday.

This 26th day of waiting for bank wire from CAMBIST.NET

Still a complete silence from SCAMBIST.NET regarding to bank wire information that Maria promised to send to me. Now I am consider to launch a complaint with GDCA. The only problem I am having now is I do not have the kind of e-currencies that GDCA requires for filling fee. However, I will try to send an email to GDCA to see if they will consider Liberty Reserve for payment instead. At the mean time, what CAMBIST.NET did to me and many others is the serious matter that undermines the very fundamental of business practice and conduct that must be stop and brought to justice.

There were some developments today and by the time I found out it was out of the normal business hours. I will wait for tomorrow morning to personally contact my bank to verify my account. After 28 days of waiting for the bank wire, I finally received the money into my bank account and this is the email I received from CAMBIST.NET after my posting on forums yesterday.

This is more or less the same message I received on September 1, 2008 (16 days ago) from them and of course I am happy to see my money but really disappointed at CAMBIST.NET. The way they have handled this matter was extremely unprofessional and violated the very basic of business practices. What I am talking about here is TRUST. Trust always forms a foundation in business exchange between different parties. I have come to CAMBIST.NET in my good faith to conduct a business in exchange for their service charge and I have not even bargain or asked them to do it for free. They did charge for the bank wire and I have never complaint about their fee, but they have failed to deliver what they had promised. To tell the truth, I am wondering what would happen to my money if I have not chosen to speak out on the forums.

This has demonstrated forum is the good form of speaking out against the unjust and I do not think I will ever see my money today if not for the support of many forum members. THANK YOU TO ALL.
