This section houses closed, inactive, and offline programs.
Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.
Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.
Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

Quiet but no problems with payouts. I will give it a try with $50 to test. QUOTE(Overclock) Look all monitor in free list. I think the admin saves member spends for roi and not for monitors or referral fees.

Smooth surfing everyday here. No problems at all. Admin has just increased the max number of sites to surf from 30 to 200 for any member who wishes to do extra surfing to earn more credits for his own sites. I have a couple of sites that give no credits no matter how much surfing is done ... so nice move by this admin.

Close swift forever-- ( NOT GONNA HAPPEN) or 2. We will close as soon as the last payout is made! You will have to re-sign backup with Swift-hits.net( since everyone will be free members) after we get it backup and tested. I will post it in the Autosurfcentralcafe forum, on the progress! It wont take long to get everything back up! The reason i am having to do this is because some people have not told me that they have been paid to much, or have not told me about thier cash balance. Again, most of this is my fault due to when i opened Compounding up!. Which will NEVER happen again! You can finish surfing everyday until your upgrade expires,( at that time you will be paid) then you will need to delete your account, as new sign-ups wil not be accepted, until after i open back up! I am running my other site http://www.fair-surf.com flawlessly with no problems at all! The last Upgrade will expire on 02 Sep 2007 ( on Swift-hits) ..If everything goes according to plan and my programmer is doing good, we should have it ready between sept 2 and sept 4th.. Then everyone can re-join! I am not gonna close swift until the last payout is made! Swift-hits.net will still be 3% for 50 days!. I understand if you wanna send me hate mail and whatever kind of mail, but you all know that i am NOT gonna take off with your money, you have to believe me! I believe that i have been more than honest with you ever since i started swift-hit and fair-surf so keep that in mind, i will also try to remain active in the forums as well.! Not many would payout everyone with profit before restarting. My last day is 20-Aug so I will miss a couple of weeks but I'm already in Fair-Surf and it is great! My first cashout was almost instant.
