A Group Effort is a "Profit Sharing" site. You are not paid incentives to click on ads but by joining you become a member of an exclusive group sharing the profits earned by the main sales of advertising and revenue generated by administration advertisements. Your clicks are recorded using a point system. Points are non-redeemable but profit sharing is based solely on these accrued points. Each point worth a share of 75% of site profit.

Here is a brief example:
Site revenue from Upgrades and Advertisement Sales....$400.00
Site revenue from administrative advertisement #1.......$1200.00
Site revenue from administrative advertisement #2.......$400.00
TOTAL SITE REVENUE.........$2000.00
X 75% Member shares.........$ 1500.00

Member points accrued...............8000

$1500.00 divided between 8000 points equals
.1875 cents per point conversion
a member with as little as 100 points receives $18.75
payable automatically to your papal account on the 7th of every month!

(Mind you this is just an example. I will try my best to never let conversions drop lower than 1 cent per point value)

It all depends on a Group Effort of all members in this site. We are a group here and a Group Effort is the only way to succeed.

All advertising will be sold on a 2 cent per point ratio a 100 click ad will cost $2. a 1000 click ad will cost $20. and so on 75% of each sales will go to convert these points in your profit sharing level.
Free membership level carries a 1 to 1 conversion
Bronze membership level carries a 1.5 to 1 conversion
Silver membership level carries a 2 to 1 conversion
Gold membership level carries a 2.5 to 1 conversion

Example a Free member receiving $18.75
a bronze member receiving $28.12
a silver member receiving $37.50
a gold member receiving $46.87

These are just examples and are not to be intended as actual conversion. Only self points are elligible for upgrade bonus %.
