Doris Needs Your Help, Please

Hello all here in MMG.
I need a bit your help, please - maybe a tiny place in your prayers sometimes or just crossed fingers...

Like some of you know, a little more then 2 years ago, doctors found out, my younger son have leukaemia - it's blood cancer.
Now the treatment is over - more then 2 years chemotheraphy!
I have no words to describe, how hard moments he/we had.
It's the worst thing in the world, to see, how your child suffer.
But doctor and nurses were absolutely wonderful, all medicines available and
seems like treatment have been successful.
Today he takes his last pill and now starts the stressful time -
what that disease going to do ... we are of course full of hope, it's gone for good! It must be!
But still ... about 5 years (especially a year or 2 after the end of treatment), there is possibility, it may come back...
With leukaemia treatment have been huge progress. About 10-15 years ago, there wouldn't be much hope,
but newdays most will be completely healthy after (like cold statistic says - 70%).

So, if you have good relationship with That Guy up there, maybe you can fit us into your prayers sometimes
or in moments you have nothing to do with your fingers, just hold them crossed for us, please.

Stolen Design

Hi guys/gals.
I really like to know your opinion. As Im not sure, how to act.
Few days ago few guys mailed me and asked about one inv.site design, is it mine (one thought right away it may be stolen, as modifications are made not the same quality as other stuff there, but style looked mine).
So I checked and yes, it is stolen. Its not anymore copy or something, but all, whole site design, is stoled.
That design have been in my portfolio pretty long time, its still there. One of site design samples.
That program itself is pretty new and paying so far.
I mailed to admin and asked to change design as this one belong to other person.
Admin said he found his "designer" from mmg and told his username (seems like s/he not active here for a long time, at least I couldnt find him, but username seemed familiar).
And this admin asked me not to tell anyone - i think its pretty unbelievable, it puts that admin the same level with this thief, as he knows now that design is stolen.
I have hard to accept that - as its my work this "designer" messed with.
What I should to? Should I publish this site? "Designer's" username (have only this admin's word, no proofs, it was really he/she) - to warn others?
How we can stop this kind of jerks?
Anyway, I mailed this admin again, and told him, that after week Ill tell about it on forum.
But, as I said I really like to know others (especially designers, but not only) opinions. How you guys would act?
