ZoomPond is a new traffic exchange from Valerie Underhill (owner of MarketingPond) and Garrett Rowland (owner of LinkGrand). It uses a custom script which was built from scratch with security and reliability in mind. They offer team competitions and cash prizes for surfing. Upgraded members can also get unlimited impressions for their banners as well as many other perks.

By saying it's a text ad/traffic exchange, I mean you surf by choosing from a number of text ads, like in TrafficSwarm or LinkCrews.

Hello,
I was just wondering. Let's say I pay for something with PayPal. But I don't have enough money in my credit card. What happens then? Will my PayPal account get blocked?

I think payments are instant, right? And then it takes some time for money to be taken from my CC. Or am I wrong?
