What is the difference between e-bullion "gold" and e-bullion "e-currency"?

There is a site I'm looking to put some money into and they accept e-bullion. Do I pay them with e-bullion gold or e-currency?

e-Gold is by far the most complicated system I have ever seen in my entire life of surfing the internet. They do not explain ANYTHING!

Whoever can give me a step-by-step of how to get me up and going with egold, I will give you a dollar. I need to know how to deposit and withdraw money from my egold account. And dont accuse me of not looking around for the answers - I HAVE. eGold is worthless when it comes to explaining how to use their site.
