General matters concerning placement of advertising rights (WSRs)
Here members can purchase advertising placements (emails in HTML or text format) and send these to all members. A member has the choice of sending text emails individually or together with other text emails from members. In order to be able to carry out payments to members in consideration of spam-free email advertising, an advertising pool and a list of adverts will be organized by 111page.com.
From each advert placed, 111page.com will lodge 75% of the advertising costs paid by the member in an advertising pool and 25% will be retained by 111page.com as system costs. Out of the advertising pool, bonus dividends will be paid back to the member as a bonus for reviewing spam-free email advertising, provided sufficient funds are held in the pool. Should the advertising pool contain insufficient money, then a member will have no claim to a bonus dividend, since he or she will have purchased and placed advertisements.
All members purchasing advertising placements will be simultaneously recorded in an advertising list, dependently of the time of purchase. The bonus dividend from the advertising pool will be paid to the member who is recorded in the advertising list as having the oldest date and time of purchase. Following the bonus dividend payment to the member, this position will be erased and the next member on the advertising list will move up into position for the bonus dividend. The level of the bonus dividend will depend on the advertising costs for the advert placement purchased by the member. The bonus dividend will be made to the member's account and can be paid out to the member at his or her request or retained for use in payment of further advertising placements.
The payment of bonuses is a voluntary service rendered by 111page.com to its members. No claim will exist in respect of such payments, since the member will have sent advertising placements in return. The payment of a fee will have no influence on the advertising placements actually purchased and sent.

General matters concerning receipt of adverts
From each advertising placement, a contribution from the advertising costs paid by members will flow into a lottery pool. Amongst all the members who have received and confirmed advertising placements, the balance in the lottery pool will be raffled off as a reward. The raffle will be carried out digitally and automatically. The winnings will be credited to the accounts of the members selected.

General matters concerning placement of advertising options (WSO)
111page.com also offers its members the facility for an option on intended future advertising placements. These optional advertising placements can be acquired at 50% of their nominal value and be redeemed at 100% of their nominal value up to the end of the option period of 100 days in the form of advertising placements or sponsored advertising on the pixel page.
If the member does not intend redeeming the optional advertising placements once the option period has passed, then he or she can surrender the optionally acquired advertising placements to 111page.com at 90% of their nominal value. 111page.com will credit the amount to the member's account.
WSO purchases will be limited by 111page.com. The value of all WSO purchases currently acquired by members at the same time may not exceed an amount defined by 111page.com. The limit will be freely defined by 111page.com according to requirement and activity and can be changed at any time.

General matters concerning pixel advertising
Members can purchase fields that are divided up into pixels on the first page of 111page.com (pixel page) for one year. The fields can be equipped with images or with an external link to a website. At the same time, WSR points (see Purchase WSRs), by means of which the link to a website can be sent to all members by email, will be credited to a member’s account. 50% of the income from pixel advertising will be deposited by 111page.com in an advertising pool and will serve as bonus dividend (see Purchase WSR).
