Hi all, I have started a website with information on making money. The information is good and I have purchased the resell rights from the publisher.
I have tried MLM, Gambling Techniques, eBay Dropshipping, etc., matrix/doubler/surfs etc. ITS ALL CRAP!
But Niche websites seem to be the only thing that really can create a good income. I am a student so I am not looking for something miraculous.
After I started my website, I obviously had to advertise. I looked into AdWords, Overture, eBay (an auction with a link), and even a business-type Myspace profile. The site has been up since Late August, and I have made about $1,300. Not to bad for making a website, paying $7 a month for hosting, and sending a digital product out. But when I first heard about sites like this, I heard it is easy to make "$1,000 a day". I typically average about 1 sale a day or less. (Price of ebook is $49, but ccard processing fees are about $8 an order.
Right now I post an auction on eBay with my link and some incentive, I have a MySpace with about 400 friends I can use to send out bulletins, AND I have a Google AdWords account with only 7 keywords, and a $2 CPC. I am really confused if A LOT or FEW keywords are good...AdWords says you should have FEW keywords. I also looked into Overture, but I really dont like it because it is not as easy to run as AdWords.
Someone out there knows what I should do, I would even be willing to send you some Paypal$ or something. Help is very much appreciated.
Thank you.
