Need Help Checking A Site Out

I found what I think a decent offshore invest. site. When I checked it out as per business registration it was bonafide. I had to phone Panama to see (Skype comes in handy for those nasty long distance calls:)

Anyhow I like what I see so far, but I need a more experienced voice. Someone tell me if this place is worthwhile or not?? I've lost 2k already with some other dubious sites and I'm not prepared to go there again.

Where Are All The Pools?

Where are they hiding all of the pools? Someone give me a hint:) But please only realistic pools, not ones that cater to outrageous B.S. type percentage programs.

I'm thinking anywhere from 15-30% a YEAR. Yes, per year not month - anything that pays that much a month is pure crap of the first order. I'm not looking to profit from newer investors stupidity.
