Withdrawing Stormpay To Bank Account

Can anyone tell me about how long it takes for a withdrawal to go from Stormpay to your bank account? I've had a pending withdrawal since January 17th. Also, I read that you have to be verified to receive a withdrawal? I'm NetIBA certified but not verified yet because I haven't been a Spay user long enough. If this is the case, will they automatically send me a check?
