Small Amount Exchanges

Anyone know of an exchanger that will do small exchanges of STP or with out minimum fees. I will only be needing to exchange about 100 at a time.

I know of exchanges Plus but they have a minimum fee and with my amounts they will be charging 10%, and then my gold exchanger charges me 6% for gold to cash.
