Bank Of Essex, What Is It?

Hi folks, firstly I would like to ask you if you have ever contact with Bank of Essex? I want to know the answer because I have sold a mobile phone an international member of auctions online and he has paid me the money, but this Bank requires sending a scanned shipping details. This man has already sent money to my bank account, but I won't be able to receive it until I send scanned details. Can I trust theme and him? I hope that after sending a mobile phone, he won't request a refund or delete transaction and I won't lose the money and a mobile phone.
