It looks like SP is telling the truth as 12DP just issued a statement that they may be under investigation due to some bozo students in Utah misrepresenting 12DP

We have recieved notice that a group of 12daily Pro members who are students at a Utah university have created and have been promoting a website to fellow students, that falsely claims we are investment opportunity and urging students to contact them if they want to place an investment with our company. They have also been handing out business cards with our name on them. These students may have also given the impression that we are a pyramind scheme of sorts, which we cannot in adctuality be beccause we offer only a simple one level referral program.

Our terms clearly state that 12dp is not an investment opportunity and we have never presented it as such.

It seems that there are multiple sites and groups of our members doing similiar things. This has created a very difficult situation for us. None of these things were approved or sanctioned by our program.

Due to questions being raised, we want to be proactive in cooperating with any authorities that may want to ask questions. We feel at this time, it is best that we stop accepting upgrade purchases while we attempt to prove to whoever may question, exactly what our business model is and is not.

We are unsure what this will mean for the future of the program, but we want you to know we will do our best to communicate what is happening to you. We will also be formulating a refund strategy should that become necessary.

Our funds remain frozen with StormPay so we have no idea at this point how long that refund process will take.

Please know we are going to do all we can to prove that all we have done here is offer people a effective way to promote their online businesses and earn by engaging with the advertising of other members.

I would like to take the time to explain to all of you my personal opinion of what is going on here. At first 12dp and various other sites were shutdown for the reason of "Fraud Prevention" now this all might be true but as my studys of law continue you have to understand if the FBI or any other Legal Organization wanted to investigate stormpays association with hyips or investigate the hyips then they would force stormpay to let them have access to records and put holds on hyips. Stormpay would of course want to get some announcement out so they write one up and of course the legal organizations will edit and/or review this before anything else is announced on the site henceforth why we have not had any announcements further of the "Fraud Prevention" one.

Now you all are getting the message that "another organization has frozen the funds of 12dp etc..." This is most likely legit as stormpay is a respected company and would get in deep trouble for making this up, why? As it concerns a huge amount of our money and think how corny it would sound in court that they were saying that another organization put a hold on the funds. They may have had the goahead to release this as it has been a while and of course its a buisness so you want to keep the users informed.

One more important point, those of you who contact or have contacted other associations saying Stormpay is a fraud will just slow and bog down the process of any investigation and receiving your funds. Your best option in my opinion is to wait until this tides over and then Storm Pay should make an announcement.
